Purpose and Reason:

The amendments add subsections 11 and 12 to Section 1.06 of the Rules and Regulations Pertaining to the Crime Victim Compensation Program. 1. Subsection 11 adds rules and regulations regarding compensation of crime victims for costs of crime scene clean up. 2. Subsection 12 adds rules and regulations regarding compensation of crime victims for moving and relocation expenses. Section 1.07 subsection 12(d)(5) of the proposed rules was changed to clarify that one-way transportation costs are not to exceed $500 per person.
